CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve your place, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable — you’re welcome to apply it toward a future retreat or transfer your spot to someone else if your plans change.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. Once this final payment window has passed, all payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel more than 60 days before the retreat begins, any payments made are not refundable, but can be transferred to a future offering.

We understand that life happens, and while we’re unable to offer refunds, we will always do our best to support you in finding a path forward — whether that’s transferring your spot to another person or joining us at a later date.
